How to take this course?

  1. Follow the order of this course lessons
  2. Taking the course two rounds is recommended. After learning the Receiving Gong Meditation in the first lesson, it's best that you listen to all the lectures/instructions assuming the Receiving Gong state during the first round of study without taking any notes. You may take notes during the second round of study of the materials.
  3. Start practicing the methods you have learned daily. Find ways to integrate the practice into your daily life. All the practices can be broken down and done at your convenient time. You can modify the practice methods if you are challenged physically. For example, if your arms get too tired during the Sword Finger Stance practice, you can lower down your arms as low as you need. If you are not able to stand on your feet, you can modify the stance posture to sitting down or even lying down posture but keep the practice of mental and breathing part of the method.
  4. Take the final simple multiple choice test to receive the recognition of your completion of the training.
  5. Post any questions you have at the comment sections.
  6. If you want, you can join our weekly Monday Night Qigong Zoom Practice Meetings for ongoing support and practice. Please request a free trial month if you are not offered one after your enrollment.
