Welcome to Abdominal Sound Healing!


Preparation for the abdominal massage session:

  1. Not eat a too big a meal prior to the abdominal session
  2. Wear loose clothes
  3. Keep your room temperature warm
  4. Prepare your massage oil
  5. Set up your lying down session station
  6. Have a shawl and blanket for covering your body during lying down session
  7. A bolster or pillow for under your knees is recommended.
  8. Check your internet connection
  9. Keep your phone off and pets out of your practice room to avoid interference
